What type of lighting do RES turtles need?

As you might know i am about to get 2 turtles around 5 inches next week because my next door neighbour has got a baby girl and cant look after it so he know im an aquarist so he asked if i could keep it so i said yes im going to keep them in a 75 gallon tank but im not sure what type of light to by i know they cant thermoregulate so UVB or UVA ? or both please suggest brands which is the best because they didnt have a light fixture when they kept it so im gonna get one soon thanx
