Does anyone else think My Best Friends Birthday could be Quentin Tarantino's absolute masterpiece?

I mean Pulp Fiction and the iconic diner opening of Reservoir Dogs are absolutely mind blowing but when I first heard the Eddie Cochran monologue it was like nothing I had ever seen before. I couldn't believe my ears. I was in disbelief that a character like that could even be conceived by literary creation. The opening scene of My best Friends Birthday is in my opinion one of QT's most (if not his and only matchless immortal most) iconic genius works of dialogue.
