Is ukvisa.ukba.gsi.gov@officials.… the direct contact email address of UK Boarder Agency?

They interviewed me through interview questionnaire, sent me contract agreement letter and lastly the appointment letter. Now, for the said processing fees for working permit, the ukvisa.ukba.gsi.gov@officials.co.uk sent me directives to send GBP350 via money transfer(Western Union) to Anita Rita William who's the said official cashier appointed by UK BA with my birth certificate.The company that offered me the position office assistant will be my employer. According to them they coordinate in the UK BA for the processing of my travel documents. The company will expense for my air fare and visa expenses. But I need to send the GBP350 within the next 48 working hours. Are these procedures right?
