Does a small privately owned business have to comply with A.D.A.?

Does a privately owned business with about 26 employees, not providing a public service, not generally having the public enter other than contracted vendors (such as for vending machines, building maintenance, etc.) have to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and to what extent? Such as handicapped parking and the ratio, and handicapped bathroom fixtures.
