Coral types and light time for 10 gallon tank?

I have a salt water aquarium with 2 percula clown and 2 hermit crabs running for 2 months with 8lbs live rock. I am planning to start a reef aquarium. I am using 2x24 watt T5HO light fixture with 4 lunar led light. can you tell me what kind of coral can I start with (Mushrooms, zoos, polyps...), also do let me know the time the light should be on and the time the lunar led should be on? I dont have a separate switch for my white HO(10000K) and actinic lights, they both come on with one switch, the lunar led has a separate switch.
