Can anybody guess that how many creation's are there in this world ?

anyone could guess how many creations are in this world but i dont think anyone can really truely know how many are here.i think the only one who knows is God possibly.my guess though would be over a million creations. depends on how you see it. for example, you could see it as each person and animal is a creation or see it as humans to be one creation.
